Thank you very much for choosing to stay at TAMAN ESTATE, the newest boutique pool villa retreat on the island of Bali. We are excited to welcome you and to be amongst the first to experience our curated collection of villas.

The Opening and the Operation of Taman Estate:
  • We have just held the Balinese ceremony to purify and bless the site, marking the soft opening of our villas on December 19, 2025.
  • We will be on a soft launch period from today until March 31, 2026, with special offers and exclusive benefits.
  • All stays include free airport transfers or pick-up from other hotels in the Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Canggu, and Seminyak areas. We offer this complimentary service to help our guest make the most of their holiday right from the moment they arrive on the island.
  • Free drop-off service to restaurants and other tourist spots within Seminyak area is available during your stay. Please inform our Guest Service Assistance for the service.
The lobby and reception:
  • The lobby will be ready in May 2026. For your convenience, we have designated one of our villas as a temporary lobby and reception area.
  • GSA (Guest Service Assistant) is available 24 hours a day to assist with any needs, including luggage services, transportation, breakfast orders, and more.
  • We have also set up and designed a drop-off area as an entrance to TAMAN ESTATE.
  • Our pathways to every villa are fully set and ready.
Restaurant and Spa:
  • Our restaurant “TEATRA” will be open in June 2026; however, in-villa dining will be available, including the complimentary breakfast and lunch or dinner, which you may purchase separately. Above all, TAMAN ESTATE is just three three-minute walk (100 meters) from the “eat street” where some of the famous dining spots and cafes are located. The convenience store is located exactly opposite our villas.
  • Our on-site Spa and Wellness, “JANA,” will open in June 2026. The in-villa spa is available for your convenience. Above all, when you stay for a minimum of 4 nights, you will enjoy 60 minutes complimentary for 2 adults in a One Bedroom Villa.
Services:
  • The housekeeping service is fully available, including daily cleaning and the turn-down service.
  • Maintenance service is available 24 hours a day, including security services.
  • The breakfast included in the offer will be served in the privacy of your villa, with a wide selection of à la carte dishes.
  • Free wifi is available, and our TV is fitted with Netflix and other smart TV apps.
Constructions:
  • All of our villas are ready, including the pathways. Only minor works will be carried out in the villa area when urgent maintenance is necessary.
  • Please expect construction work in our lobby and restaurant area, which is located along the roadside of the property. The site is isolated within a hoarding wall to minimize disturbance and ensure maximum comfort for our guests.
  • We are in very close communication with our project team and are committed to our guests’ convenience; it is our utmost concern.
Others:
  • The Duty Manager is available 24 hours to ensure each and every stay is memorable.
